The current geotag search on Twitter can only pinpoint down to 1 mile or 1 kilometer. So you wouldn't get exactly just the tweets from a single Starbucks. However, once you had those tweets, one could write their own application to walk thru all those tweets and determine if any geotags indeed originate from a more precise location. Jayme, not exactly.
