Hmm…also kind of disturbing that video. 8)

Though I really enjoyed the humor! Seemed much more a Google commercial than anything else. Will be great to revisit this in 10 years and see what this would be like with the current technology of the day.

@Brittbear the automated process seemed a bit lacking in soul. No hand shakes. No phone calls. Very impersonal. Seemed more like the way Androids would be living. Don’t get me wrong. Its simple, easy, saves a lot of time in your life. Just trippy our lives are so complex now.

@HowieSPM @Brittbear I think one of the things I appreciated about this video that I thought it DID have soul in that it was entertaining, creative and respectful. Seems like most humor today has to be at somebody’s expense (the snark factor). This thing rocked on its own merits.

@HowieSPM OK… i see what you mean now. does kinda seem that we all look like robots. I agree with Mark too- this was funny and entertaining, yet wasn’t hurting anyone. i think a lot of issues can be dealt with online and through social media, but also some things, I agree, should be dealt with in person or face to face, otherwise it loses its effect.

Hi Mark, thanks so much I really enjoyed this and am quite enamoured with Grow as a result! I agree, I thought it was a wonderful and warm way of showcasing the Nativity through our digital channels Besides religion was the first thing in history to go viral … it didn’t even need social media to achieve it’s status!!
